Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Angelo's Towing. My vehicle was towed while I was present, and the employee handling the tow was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. During the tow, I observed the front of my vehicle being pulled onto the curb. Afterward, I discovered damage to the suspension that was not present before. I have photos and videodocumenting the condition of my vehicle after the tow. When I picked up my vehicle at the Chula Vista location, I encountered the same employee, who mocked me instead of addressing my concerns professionally. This review reflects my personal experience. Based on what I observed, I cannot recommend this company.

Today my battery died and Chance from National City Angelos Towing came out and was extremely fast, courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend and praise to how kind and fast he was in replacing my battery.

Josue came promptly and helped my family when our car battery unexpectedly died. He was very patient and ensured that our car was ready to drive before leaving. We were happy to have received such professional service!
